Wolfskill Continuation High School is located at the John Clayton Education Center adjacent to the Winters Independent Study and State Preschool Programs.  Wolfskill provides a student-centered environment where staff works closely with students to help them acquire the necessary educational, interpersonal and vocational skills they need to continue as life-long learners and lead productive and satisfying lives.  Following an initial accreditation visit in the spring of 2006, Wolfskill Continuation High School was accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) through June 2009.

The mission of Wolfskill Continuation High School is to provide its students with the opportunity to earn a high school diploma, by meeting their unique personal and educational needs. Some students may have been unsuccessful for a variety of reasons in their previous educational settings, while others work or have other responsibilities, and need a more flexible school schedule than that offered at the traditional high school.

Staff work closely with students in order to assist them in achieving the objective of a high school diploma. Some Wolfskill students found the traditional high school to be too large and impersonal. Some felt frusterated in classes where the group pace was too fast or too slow. Some found it was too tempting to cut class. Others felt that the school day was too long for them to handle. Whatever the reason, students are welcome to a fresh start at Wolfskill Continuation High School.

The staff at Wolfskill Continuation High School treats students as adults who are responsible for their own decisions. Students' success depends upon their desire to succeed and further their own education.
