Thank you for your interest in teaching in the Winters Joint Unified School District. The Winters School District serves approximately 1,500 students in grades K-12. Our students are from the community of Winters and surrounding rural areas in Yolo County and a small northern portion of Solano County. Our staff and school enjoy strong community support. We have a long-standing tradition of low class size and working together to provide a quality education for each and every one of our students. Please review the information included on this website to help you determine if the Winters Joint Unified School District is the right choice for you.

One of our most important responsibilities in the field of education is the recruitment and selection of  highly qualified, competent teachers. We believe the teacher is the key person to initiate and develop student learning and growth. We want the very best teachers for our students.
